How to book an online yoga class
You’ve landed at Rural Yoga, welcome!
If you’re looking to join an online yoga class, we’ve got a regular Thursday evening group for you to join.
Our Thursday evening classes run in six-week blocks. This means that you can commit to six weeks of yoga, to see progression, and get stuck into the practice. The six-week blocks work together, and we won’t repeat the courses so you’ll have a progressive yoga experience.
If you can’t commit to six weeks, then opt for our class pass option - or you can ask for a class recording if you’ll miss just one.

Not free on a Thursday between 7.30 - 8.45 pm?
We also offer group classes for you to book for your workplace, pregnancy group, or other gatherings. Choose an evening or weekend slot for this.
