Taking inspiration from the calm of nature and founded on the principles of relaxation, inclusivity, and well being, I specialise in Hatha yoga -instructed through online, one-to-one, and group classes.
Hatha yoga is a style of practice that involves the breath, body, and mind. So, think of poses to keep you limber and supple and relaxing meditation to help you unwind.
I trained with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2020. I’m also a qualified Yoga Alliance pregnancy yoga and mother and baby yoga instructor.
