I’ve been teaching Hatha yoga since 2018, and I’m fully trained by the British Wheel of Yoga and also in mother, baby, and pregnancy yoga. Please get in touch if you’d like to enrol on my live, online classes. They’ll be bookable either as a drop-in session or as a six-week course (recordings are available if you can’t make one).

I’d also love to start doing more in my local community. If you live in Swinstead, Swayfield, Corby Glen, Grantham, Bourne, Stamford, or somewhere in between then get in touch.
